Wheel of Fortune to present the Home Sweet Home Giveaway
October 29th-November 2nd. Hundreds of thousands entered, but only one
lucky Wheel Watcher will be chosen to win a new home
at Latitude Margaritaville.

Lake Latitude Club are now open! There's even more in the works

Our community is honored to have been recognized with a whopping
17 awards at the Hilton Head Homebuilders Association's
Lighthouse Awards! Among those we received was the
highest honor, Best Community.
Thank you to the over 500 homeowners who came out to the Pumpkin Pig Roast
at Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach on November 10th! Guests had fun
mingling with friends and neighbors and taking a hard hat tour of the
Latitude Town Center. We can't wait for you to enjoy it every day!
Many within our Latitude Margaritaville community have asked about
the effect the recent storm had on our Watersound property. Though
Hurricane Michael caused major devastation in Panama City and
the Panhandle, Latitude Margaritaville Watersound's location was,
fortunately, spared from the worst and is still on track to open in 2020.
Our thoughts are with our friends and associates who were
affected by the hurricane.
